Customer service is more important then ads
While running campaigns for several social media business pages for the last year.
I reached a conclusion you may want to put your hands on :
I discovered that out of the huge amount of dollars business owners put in ads ,effort on the designs , content creation and Implementation of ideas to grow.
They almost never answer the messages or reply to comments
Conclusion :
You don’t spend that money and effort to promote your service or product , and when it comes the time to close the deal , or get a lead you don’t answer.
Its customer service :
When you get leads out of promotion its either you service them until you close , or you would lose your money and time for nothing.
One more thing :
You don’t want to drop a social media banner for a product without its price.
Because you will get into the misunderstanding of the message , either they will assume you’re so expensive or cheap that your product aren’t much of a quality.
